About
SPARK stands for Support, Prevention, Advocacy, Resources, and Knowledge.
Enthusiastic student activist Kelly Yang established SPARK in 2023 summer in response to the international students' PDF trends and increasing sexual assault on campus.
SPARK aims to advocate for comprehensive sex education focusing on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) within the international student community.

We believe in empowering every person to own their story, shape their journey, and create positive change in the global community
Our Mission
Since 2023, we have conducted interviews with social activists, social media content creators, lawyers, and survivors to share their experiences. Our interview series has gained a vast number of views.
Through the interview series, we hope to empower international Asian students with the knowledge and tools to navigate and challenge the complexities of sexual harassment. We aim to foster a community of informed advocates who can create safer educational and social environments for international students everywhere. By amplifying the voices of those affected and those fighting against sexual harassment, SAPE aims to inspire actionable change and promote a culture of respect, consent, and understanding.
